I’m happy to explain my other prices when we talk - I work really hard to stay affordable (and I’ve kept my hourly rate the same since 2020).

I use flat-fee billing for estate-planning documents. The flat-fee includes all of my time - so there are no budget surprises if we spend time talking through your questions or if your documents are more complex than we anticipated.

For my comprehensive packages, many clients pay using installments (I don’t charge interest).

My Fees

I create custom documents that will perfectly match your goals and your circumstances:

  • Wills,

  • Living Trusts,

  • Health Care Directives, and/or

  • Durable Powers of Attorney

I also offer comprehensive packages that include all of those documents.

The comprehensive packages are cheaper overall, but often budgets don’t let us do everything at once - in which case, I take a page from the wonderful mechanic who fixes my car: (a) what’s the budget? (b) let’s focus here first, and (c) here’s the long-term plan to get everything done.

As a lawyer, I bill my time - and by utilizing technology I’m able to save time and reduce my prices.

For example, I created an online interview that gathers your information (instead of me writing your info by hand). Saves me so much time - and that saved time let’s me charge less.

By leveraging technology, my pricing is usually 1/2 of what most lawyers charge for these documents.
